- 1 bunch of fresh spinach
- 4 chopped green onions
- Pomegranate seeds
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Freshly grounded black pepper
- Wash the spinach well and drain it while chopping it up thoroughly.
- Let the leaves sit for a couple minutes before squeezing out any excess water.
- Place the spinach in a bowl while adding in the oil, pepper, lemon juice, pomegranate seeds and green onions.
- Toss it.
- Serve and enjoy!
