People can easily carry a packet of teeth wipes with them for those times they don’t have access to a toothbrush.

Sugar-free chewing gum has long been recommended by dentists as an alternative to brushing. You can pop in a piece of gum when you are done eating, and within a few minutes of chewing your teeth will be much cleaner. If you have toothpaste but are missing a toothbrush, you can use paper towels as an alternative in a pinch.
